Overall view of unusable room. Are we getting the picture here about how ANNOYING this is that I have this lovely room that I can't really use yet because the roof leaks??

The scene of the crime. It's sorta kinda organized, but I can't use it yet because of the leaking roof. I am very sad.

Such a slug.

I guess if my hand and arm were in better shape I wouldn't find all this tippy tapping so tedious.  How about some photos?  I'll try and pull in some photos I shot of my unusable sewing / craft room from Flickr.

WIP: 5 Monkeys

For Ali when he goes off to college. I was going to make him a quilt with some flowery flannel I had and we decided that it wasn't manly enough. At least the Monkey fabric is kinda ironic.  No more monkeys jumping on the bed!

I think I'm moving to Belgium...

Survey from the Kansas City Modern Quilt Guild entitled "Let's do a little get to know you stuff, shall we?".

"Tell me your favorite:

(hey we needed something other than fabric in the list, didn't we?)

Post your answers below.

You've got till next Friday and I'll come back and do a

give away of something fabulous. (not sure what yet but

I do seem to have a bit of fabulous here and there in my

studio!) Winner will be drawn randomly from the responses

to this post. Need not be present to win (I've always wanted to

say that!) and since we're still fairly small and manageable you've

got a pretty good shot at the fabulousness! :)

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

(name that movie for extra credit!)"
